How can I pay for any items I purchase from the Advanced Scooters website?

You can pay by PayPal, or Direct Bank Transfer to our account. If you would like to pay by Visa or Mastercard directly to us, please give us a call on 1300 738 339 and speak to our Customer Care staff.

Can I purchase product on a payment plan?

If you want to purchase on a payment plan, please call our Customer Care Team. Conditions apply. Smaller items such as accessories are not available on a purchase plan.

How is my scooter or powerchair delivered to me?

In most cases (Brisbane, Sydney and metropolitan areas) your scooter or powerchair will be delivered at no cost and pre-assembled. So, you don’t have any worries about assembling the equipment.

What areas does Advanced Scooters deliver to in Queensland?

Advanced Scooters services the whole of the east coast of Australia from Cairns down to the Gold Coast. All major centres are serviced – Townsville, Mackay, Rockhampton, Bundaberg, the Wide Bay region as well as the Sunshine Coast. We service Brisbane and the metropolitan area as well as the regional centres of Ipswich and Toowoomba.

What areas does Advanced Scooters deliver to in NSW?

We service northern NSW coastal regional centres including Tweed Heads, Ballina, Grafton, Coffs Harbour and Newcastle. We service Sydney and the greater metropolitan area as well as the south coast including Canberra, Wollongong and Albury.

Currently we only ship goods within Australia.

Please call us to confirm if the product is in stock. On occasions there may be a short lead time between your placing the order and the availability of the product.
